Kaifeng starts embroidery cooperation with Balikun County of Xinjiang

On the morning of 22nd August, an integrating development cooperation agreement was signed between Kaifeng and Balikun county of Xinjiang autonomous region. This agreement will fuse Kaifeng’s traditional embroidery and Balikun ethnic stitchwork with the aim of mutual development. Kaifeng and Baliku county will carry out extensive cooperation on training, researching and marketing.
 
Mr. Ji Bingwei, mayor of Kaifeng and Mr. Ye Erjiang, head of Balikun signed the agreement with witness of senior officials from Henan province and Xinjiang autonomous region.
